🇮🇳🅡🅔🅟🅤🅑🅛🅘🅒 🅓🅐🅨 2025: A Day of Patriotism and Friendly Competition at Our College

On January 26, 2025, our college came together to celebrate the 76th Republic Day of India with pride, unity, and vibrant spirit. The day began with the flag hoisting ceremony, honoring the Constitution of India and the sacrifices made by countless freedom fighters.

Following the solemn start, the campus buzzed with excitement as a series of competitions were held to commemorate the occasion. Students participated with great enthusiasm, divided into two spirited teams: Team Sapphire and Team Emerald.

The first event was a speech competition, centered around the theme of Republic Day and the values it represents. Participants delivered powerful messages reflecting patriotism, democracy, and national pride.

Next came the patriotic song competition, where both teams showcased their musical talents and love for the nation through stirring performances. The final event of the day was the tableau competition, where each team creatively presented themes representing India's rich cultural and historical heritage.

When the results were announced, Team Emerald emerged as the overall winner, securing first place in the speech and patriotic song competitions. Meanwhile, Team Sapphire claimed first prize in the tableau competition with a beautifully presented and impactful performance.

The day was a meaningful celebration — not just of Republic Day, but of unity, creativity, and pride in being Indian. As students, we felt deeply honored to reflect on the ideals of our Constitution and contribute to a memorable event.

As a B.Ed. teacher trainee, one of the most awaited milestones in our course is Teaching Practice —the moment when we step into real classrooms, not as students, but as teachers. 🌄🥶🥶🥶Day 2 @ Kodaikanal: Hills, Lakes & Campfire

On the morning of April 27, we arrived at the misty hill station of Kodaikanal. The serene landscapes and cool climate refreshed us instantly. We visited the famous Kodaikanal Lake, enjoyed cycling and boating, and explored breathtaking spots like the Guna Caves and the surrounding mountains. Nature was at its best, and we soaked in every view. In the evening, we gathered for a lively campfire, where music, dance, and laughter brought us all closer. We stayed the night in Kodaikanal, cherishing the warmth of friendship and the chill of the hills.

✨ Eighth Week of Teaching Practice – PHASE I (September 8–12, 2025)

The calm of the break is over, and the chaos resumes🌼 School reopened on Monday, 8th September 2025, after the Onam holidays Teachers welcomed the students back with an assembly, though attendance was quite low. On Tuesday, we had a regional holiday for the boat race  The rest of the week went by in the usual rush of substitution duties. Teachers distributed the exam answer sheets  I wasn’t very satisfied with my students’ performance — most of them struggled mainly due to lack of time during the exam ... A retest was scheduled for those who scored poorly. I made sure to help my students during free hours and class time to clear their doubts and prepare them better.
